We deliver across serviceable locations in India.
Dispatch
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. A printed GST tax invoice is included inside the parcel.
Address changes and cancellation
Contact support immediately if an address correction or cancellation is required. Both are available only before dispatch. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed and the order cannot be cancelled.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Charges
Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,500 or more. Below that amount, the available Shiprocket courier rate is calculated using the delivery pincode and parcel weight.
Return to origin (RTO)
For customer refusal, an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated customer unavailability, actual forward and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refundable amount. Zyvra/courier-caused failures are not charged to the customer, subject to applicable law.
