By using Zyvra, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
Products
Availability, price and descriptions may change. An order is accepted only after confirmation.
Authenticity
Zyvra’s policy is not to knowingly list counterfeit or first-copy goods.
Cancellation and address changes
Requests are accepted only before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and its delivery address cannot be changed.
Offer items
Offer items are final sale—no return or exchange.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges must be requested within 3 days. The original item’s net paid value is applied to the replacement: any extra is payable by the customer and any lower balance is refunded after inspection.
RTO charges
Actual forward and return shipping costs may be deducted when an order returns because of customer refusal, incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated customer unavailability. Customer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.
